McQuaide Blasko is pleased to announce that attorneys Sean Burke, Julia Cronin Rater, and Thomas Schrack have been named shareholders in the firm. Shareholder status recognizes the valuable contributions these talented, dedicated attorneys have made to their clients and the firm.
- Sean Burke focuses his practice on commercial law, estate planning, and intellectual property law. A Hollidaysburg native, he practices in McQuaide Blasko's office there and is a member and past president of the Rotary Club of Hollidaysburg.
- Julia Cronin Rater concentrates on family law, including divorce, custody, and support, and on real estate law. She serves as secretary of the Centre County Bar Association and is a member of the Centre County Child Advocacy Center advisory committee and the Centre County Collaborative Law Community.
- Thomas Schrack practices primarily in business and transactional law, tax law, real estate law, and municipal law. He serves on the Leadership Centre County board of directors and the Bellefonte YMCA board of managers.
