James Horne elected president of Middle District Bar Association
McQuaide Blasko Managing Partner James Horne this month was elected president of the Middle District of Pennsylvania Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
The national organization consists of federal attorneys and judges who work together to promote the sound administration of justice and the independence, integrity, and quality of the federal judiciary. The Middle District of Pennsylvania Chapter is the largest in the Third Circuit, including more than 230 members in 33 counties stretching from the New York border to the Maryland border. Members come from private practice, government agencies, military branches, law schools, and local courts.
Mr. Horne has been active in the Federal Bar Association for many years. Based in McQuaide Blasko's State College office, he concentrates his practice on employment law litigation, college and university litigation, and insurance and personal injury defense.
