Ashley Kraige CDT article: Check the legal health of your medical practice
Health care practices focus most of their time on the medical needs of their patients. However, business owners need to attend to several legal matters so they can safely go about their important daily business, McQuaide Blasko attorney Ashley Kraige says in a recent Centre Daily Times article. She advises health care practices to:
- Make sure relationships among the company, owners, and employees are in writing, such as buy-sell agreements and written employee agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date corporate records, including minutes and stock ledgers.
- Have your attorney review boilerplate agreements with contractors before signing to avoid unpleasant surprises later.

Ms. Kraige focuses her practice on business and corporate law. She provides a complete range of legal services, from business formation through dissolution, to a variety of corporate clients throughout Central Pennsylvania.
