McQuaide Blasko's Intellectual Property Group has expertise across the full spectrum of intellectual property rights, including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret law. We represent clients in the preparation and prosecution of United States and international patent applications, and the maintenance and enforcement of issued patents. Our attorneys also conduct patentability and patent validity and infringement studies.
Our Group advises clients in the selection, availability for use and registration of trademarks, service marks and corporate names; and we represent them in the preparation and prosecution of applications to register trademarks, service marks and where necessary, will enforce and defend those marks in court. Our attorneys can assist clients in establishing company protocol and policies necessary to establish effective trade secret protection.

The group also works closely with our litigation attorneys in enforcing our clients' intellectual property rights in state and federal courts. McQuaide Blasko handles copyright and trademark infringement cases, patent infringement cases, false advertising cases, technology disputes and internet and e-commerce suits, including ICANN proceedings for website domain name disputes. We have significant experience in seeking injunctions and other emergency relief.
