Jessica L. Fisher

Jessica L. Fisher is a native of Northern Blair County, Pennsylvania, and joined the firm in 2016. Her practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration and business law, and her expertise in these areas is a significant and continual asset to McQuaide Blasko. Her professionalism and attention to detail are evident as she is able to advise and provide counsel regarding a wide variety of matters, serving businesses and individuals throughout Central Pennsylvania.

Through her practice in estate planning and family business succession planning, Jessica prepares a wide array of documents including wills, powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney and trusts. In this role, Jessica has the opportunity to work with clients in order to ensure that loved ones are cared for and businesses are protected in a manner that aligns with the clients final wishes. Jessica also has significant experience representing clients with special needs planning and medical assistance planning. Additionally, Jessica assists personal representatives through the estate administration process.

 

As part of her practice, Jessica represents landlords and other small business owners in the preparation of  formation documents, leases and other contracts.

 

Jessica believes that it is important to give back to her community through servant leadership. She is actively involved in the Blair County community through serving on the board of the Blair County United Way and the Blair County Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Committee.
